About Me
I’m a specialist therapist in all things related to social presence: including relational trauma, social anxiety, performance anxiety, spotlight anxiety, and low self-confidence.
I utilise the latest evidence based therapies, including CBT and EMDR.
Whilst I’m trained in CBT, one key difference about my approach is I do not work with thoughts, as much as I work with your belief in those thoughts, and subsequent emotions.
Many of my clients find their thoughts aren’t ‘logical’, yet, they still can’t help but react. This is at the crux of my treatment approach — changing your belief in those thoughts and their associated meanings. From here, you can access long-term healing and confidence.
